Content creation and production

Creating meaningful content is such a rewarding way to share important stories and connect with communities. Throughout my career, I've created many different types of content, from writing to video to social media graphics, and experimented with all different types of formats. I love combining storytelling with audience insights and social media best practices to create work that informs, entertains, and drives impact.

Here is some of the work I'm most proud of:

• Growing a digital community: Unlock Norway has grown to 68K+ followers in just 1.5 years, with viral content and an ebook celebrating Norwegian culture and landscapes.

• Welcoming new arrivals to Oslo: I'm currently co-producing a video series for Oslo Kommune’s Welcome to Oslo program, blending practical information with real stories to help newcomers feel connected.

• Exploring Norway’s unique culture: I co-hosted 'How to Norway' for Visit Norway, a YouTube series diving into Norwegian traditions and adventures. I created long-form and short-form videos.

• Highlighting hidden gems in Oslo: Created neighborhood guides for Visit Oslo, showcasing unique stories and places beyond the city center.

And I also love creating written content, too:

• For REWIRE, I developed a Substack newsletter that shares lessons and insights from changemakers, reaching 1,000+ readers in its first issues.

• With EMMIR, I manage social media content and write blog posts that engage a global audience of students, alumni, and partners.

• My academic and public-facing writing has been published in Routed Magazine (translated into Polish and Romanian) and the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, where our research team explored migration and civic engagement.
